About this Achievement
As the leading national newspaper, Dainik Jagran shared the story of Dr.Omics Labs Private Limited with the nation our journey hit a beautiful milestone.
It isn't just a news clipping for us; it’s a validation of the years spent by our CEO with ICGEB, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business, all leading to one goal: ensuring that no heart patient in India has to play "guesswork" with their medication.
The Story Behind the Science 🔬
Right now, our Microarray-based Cardio PGx test is changing lives by showing doctors exactly which medicines will work for a patient’s unique DNA and which might cause harm (Click here for Details of the test: https://lnkd.in/gSmz4zCM). But as a scientist, I knew we could go further.
What’s Next? 3 Hours to Save a Life ⚡
The newspaper highlighted our next big leap—a qPCR-based test we are developing. Why does this matter?
It’s about Time: Current tests can take weeks; our new technology will deliver answers in just 3 hours.
It’s about Access: We are making this 75% more affordable, bringing world-class genetics to the common man.
It’s about Home: This is 100% "Make in India" research, supported by the DST and our incredible incubation partners.
Seeing the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, trust us with his own DNA test at BioAsia this week, and then seeing our mission in print the very next day, reminds me why we do this. 🛡️
Thank you Delhi Technological University (DTU) and DTU Innovation & Incubation Foundation (DTU-IIF), CDFD Technology Incubator, IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC), Dr. Dinesh Gupta, Dr. Arnab Chanda for supporting us at every part of this journey.
